We analyse the clients, their lifestyle and personality type (based on Human Design), and determine the most suitable interior style.

We prepare 3D visualisations and plans, and calculate estimates. We approve a full design project and start turnkey construction

Author's supervision

We control the workflow at all stages. Designer visits to the object according to the agreed schedule (on average - 8 times a month).

Quality control, deadline control, adherence to the construction team's work schedule.

Repair + author's supervision

(without project, drawing and visualization, but with a pre-approved estimate)

A basic service for clients who already have their own design project and want to implement it. Or for those who are planning to renovate an apartment/house without a design project.

Our specialist supervises the work of contractors and also monitors compliance with the repair plan according to your style request.

Technical project (drawings)
You receive all the necessary drawings for the construction crew. These are:
  • 2 planning solutions (to choose from)
  • Floor plan of the room
  • Layout plan for lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, outlet locations, etc.
  • Ceiling plan
  • Flooring plan
  • Scans of walls and individual areas
  • Air conditioning and ventilation plan
  • Room planning with furniture placement

* The cost of repair work is not included in the package price (it is calculated depending on the area and class of materials)

* You can make changes to the technical project no more than 3 times

Comprehensive design project
As part of the package, we provide the following services:
  1. Technical project (drawings)
  2. 3D visualization – we create an image of the designed premises that is as close to reality as possible. Visualization allows you to see the “real” appearance of the future home long before all the work begins.
  3. Conditional specification of finishing (furniture, plumbing, decor)

Additional services:
  • Full specification + estimate of the facility's decoration - from $10 m2
  • Author's supervision - from $1000 per month
  • Turnkey repairs

Pacetto 3

Construction from scratch

The service includes searching for a land plot and legal documentation (if necessary). We conduct geodetic measurements and design a master plan (taking into account the relationship to the cardinal points). We develop technical and sketch designs of the exterior of the building with visualization.

We take on: the foundation, the building, the windows, the roof, the engineering project for communications, the walls for finishing (underfloor heating, screed pouring + rough plaster).

And then we connect all the services of Pacetto 2: Comprehensive design project.

The cost depends on the complexity of the project and is calculated individually
